My Set Up/ HD66 Projector/3.1 Sony Surround Sound Review Thing

A youtube video is never a good demonstration for sound quality. But really, this video was just to show more about what i got goin on up in hurr than sound quality. And kind of a review for the sound bar. In a way. Kinda. Check the links below for more info. Hope this helps anyone looking for their own ghetto little home theater set up. Me and my novice listening ears actually thought this soundbar sounded better than the 5.1 surround sound i returned. So you can't rely on specs alone. Oh! And for those that may have come here while searching "droid 2" aimlessly on the youtube search page only to find some douchebag talking about his soundbar/projector, fret not. I didn't just namedrop different shit in my tags. Droid 2 is at 9:46 in the video hooked up through 3.5 mm cable Side note: 1) The sound bar also has a "night mode" setting that's pretty badass. Turns the bass off so it won't bother your neighbors while still keeping good sound quality 2) EQ settings can be assignable to each input. Settings for movie, games, news, sports, mp3 player and others Other side note: Projector: HD66 3d enabled 720p projector optomausa.com 100 inch screen HTCt150 sound bar system www.bestbuy.com And my proj-minaj (projector) finally got real blu-ray 3d support! ....Through a converter box i gotta buy. Lame but i'll probably buy anyway to watch avatar in 3d another 100 times when it comes out. Link's here: www.twice.com

Unboxing Panasonic SC-HTB10 Surround Sound Bar

I recently bought a Samsung LN32C550 television for the bedroom to replace an old LG Flatron CRT. I wanted a little more sound, as any TV's stock speakers are a little hollow sounding. So I got pricing some surround sound bars and decided on the Sony PS3 sound. This was until I noticed this one on Walmart.com. It was 40-50$ cheaper, as the Sony is 169-179. Even being a Canadian and having to pick it up at the Wal-Mart in Houlton Maine, and 17$ worth of duty, it saved me a few bucks. I was down to these two choices as it was only being paired with a 32 inch TV, and a lot of the other sound bars are longer than this one. This one is the same length as a 32 inch LCD is wide, which means it will fit nicely on my stand. As well I liked the integrate subwoofer idea as it doesn't take up as much room as an external. Obviously the external would be much better for bass. One of the main reasons I chose this bar, is it has an HDMI input, an HDMI output and an optical input, whereas the Sony only has an optical input. I am not using the pedestal stands that came with it, as there are also little rubber feet on the bottom of the bar to keep it from sliding. These pedestals are also used for wall mounting. My initial thoughts on the bar itself are: 1) That it is aesthetically pleasing, 2) Well put together 3) A good value for the money, as Panasonic is a decent brand. Stay tuned and I will post a video of it in use, and my official review. Here is a link to the specs: panasonic.ca ...

!±8± Convert to a surround sound system wireless

The surround sound is something that many people decide what they want in their homes. The problem is that they see that is ugly with lots of wires everywhere and can pose a real threat. So you want to convert to a wireless surround sound. Unfortunately I'm not sure how to do it.

If you know someone who makes regular surround system and I want to convert it into a surround sound system wireless at home, here are the steps to beSo your house sounds like a theater without all the wires.

The first thing to do is unplug the receiver from the mains. Then you have to cut some speaker wire into a length of twelve inches, destroying half inch of insulation of the cables at both ends of the lengths. There are about two of these lengths for each speaker, that he must go to the radio station you are connected with.

The next thingwant to do when you are converting to wireless surround sound speakers is the cable to connect posts on the back of the receiver for each of your wireless speakers. As an example, the rear speakers of surround sound is usually both on the system, the wireless LAN must be converted so that a piece of wire will be connected to the rear channel on the left side and right side, and you adjust the red wire to the corresponding post, connecting the other wire to the polethat is black,

Now you're going to do to connect the wires "other ends of the wireless transmitter supplied with the kit. The wires in the box where the transmitter is back with the spring clamps to lift the holes for the wires used in them can be combined to find out.

The next step in creating a surround sound without wires to connect smaller boxes for the receiver to the wireless speakers with speaker wire always the same methods described above. Then you want toThe speakers in the areas you want them to take and receive the receiver connected

At this point, you want the receiver and transmitter connected to the power source to connect again. Finally, turn on the receiver and make sure it says mode, surround sound speakers to test and verify that it is set to work.

Here are some tips to consider:

Be sure to connect the lines right, if you connectThe speakers, because you will find that the signal is reversed.

Make sure you're not connect something into something else before you have completed all connections to all.

It is not difficult to convert to surround sound without the wires until you follow the above steps.

The biggest and most obvious advantage of wireless surround sound system is that the speakers across the room without the clutter of wires, and you can also use the speaker configuration is simple to find the best setup for the room that the system is installed. And since you can not run all the wires, there is no need for a confusing color-coded system that many people are usedcoincide with a traditional configuration troubleshooting and no longer flush with the right to correct port.

Downward

The main disadvantage of wireless surround sound system is the force behind the speakers. Traditionally, active speakers are connected by wires and power, which is received from an amplifier or receiver. Wireless speakers have no internal power source, so they must be connected to a power outlet independently. So why even botherWireless call?
